・Peperoncino spaghetti with sakura shrimps and brussels sprouts
It is a seasonal limited menu and tastes spring ingredients.
The taste of sakura shrimps and Brussels sprouts makes you feel the beginning of the spring season.

・Amaou strawberry ice cream
The ice cream covered with chewy mochi is made from Amaou, which is called “the King of strawberries” in Japan.
Also, the plate-decorated berries add sourness and flavour.

・Sakura zenzai parfait for dessert
You can feel the sakura flavour from the ice cream, which is decorated with salting sakura leaves on top.
Zenzai’s red beans give you elegant sweetness.
The vivid colour of this Japanese parfait expresses the coming of spring.

・Loin steak of wagyu with seasonal vegetables <rock salt & wasabi>
This is a loin steak from a non-heifer cow.
This lean beef tastes light with tallow and has a flavour that you cannot get from general beef.
