Announcement: Launch of Online Admission Tickets (Web Tickets)
The Toyota Automobile Museum will begin selling date-specific online admission tickets (Web Tickets) from Monday, July 27, 2026. You can purchase them from our website using a computer or smartphone. Each ticket includes a two-dimensional code for admission, so you can enter smoothly without lining up at the reception desk or ticket machines.
■ Usable dates for Web Tickets
Web Tickets can be used for visits on or after Tuesday, August 4, 2026.
■ Web Ticket prices
・Adult: ¥1,200
・Senior (65 and over): ¥700
・Junior high / High school student: ¥600
・Elementary school student: ¥400
■ How to enter
1. After purchase, a “Purchase Confirmation” email will be sent to you with one two-dimensional code per ticket.
2. At the entrance, present the two-dimensional code by one of the following methods:
・Printed copy: Each person scans their own two-dimensional code at the entry gate.
・Display on smartphone: Show the two-dimensional codes for all visitors and scan them one by one at the gate.
Note: One two-dimensional code is required per person. A single two-dimensional code cannot be used for multiple people.
■ Important notes
・Web Tickets can also be purchased on the day of your visit.
・It may take up to about 10 minutes for the system to process your purchase before the ticket becomes valid. Please allow time when purchasing.
・You may cancel Web Tickets yourself up to the day of use. We do not offer refunds at the museum.
・Web Tickets cannot be combined with other discounts (group discounts, special discount coupons, etc.).
・If a two-dimensional code is lost or damaged, you may need to re-display the purchase confirmation email or request reissuance. Please keep the purchase confirmation email.
・Entry may be refused if fraudulent use or resale is discovered.

A. Tickets for visits on or after August 4, 2026, can be purchased after the system goes live (from 9:30 AM on July 27, 2026).

A. Yes. However, processing may take up to about 10 minutes. If you are in a hurry, please purchase with plenty of time.
