Raising Disaster Prevention Awareness

On Saturday, 2 March, the “Raising Disaster Prevention Awareness” event will be held.
This event offers an interactive learning experience for all generations.

Participants can explore fire and disaster prevention through exhibitions, experiences, and learning with their family.
(Please note that all events will be conducted in Japanese only.)

 

Activities
  • Ladder truck basket test ride (ticket distribution: from 10:00 a.m. / from 12:30 p.m.)
  • Fire experiments
  • Hands-on experiences (fire extinguishers, children try on fire suits, etc.)
  • Car display and tunnel fire smoke experience by NEXCO
  • Car display by Self-Defense Forces
  • Fire and disaster prevention goods introduction
  • Origami workshop at the Tiny Studio of the Cultural Gallery

  • 1st floor of the Cultural Gallery

(In case of rainy weather, alternative activities will be held on the 1st floor of the Cultural Gallery.)
