The advent of gasoline-powered automobiles at the end of the nineteenth century coincided with the rise of mass-produced posters. Posters from this period vividly capture people's fleeting perceptions of automobiles, as well as the trends and the atmosphere of each era.
The Toyota Automobile Museum has approximately 300 modern posters from Europe and the U.S.A thematic selection of these prints is currently on display.
